Application for Foreign Investment
Checking Company’s Name
Foreign investor shall propose Company’s Name which consists of minimum 3 words. Public Notary will propose the name through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia website and the ministry will send a feedback on whether the proposed name is available to be used.
Foreign Investment Registration at BKPM
Foreign investor shall register the permit for foreign investment through BKPM (Coordinating Board for Capital Investment). Through the registration, BKPM will check and review if the line of business is allowed to be carried-out. Investor shall prepare the details of raw material list, machineries/equipments and the production flow-chart.

Company Establishment
Once the BKPM has approved the foreign investment, the investor may proceed for the Deed of Company Establishment (DOE) and the other required permits.
