Labour Regulations
The following are few information regarding the labour regulations :
- Basic working hour is 40 (forty) hours per week
- Employee is entitled for overtime pay for each excessive working hour
- Company shall register and pay for the employee’s monthly insurance premium to the Government appointed insurance bodies, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
- Employee is entitled for annual Religious Holiday Allowance (THR)
